17 Things Kim Kardashian Actually Eats That Will Confuse And Surprise You

Reality star Kim Kardashian West has redefined mainstream beauty standards. Her insane curves have inspired many women (and men!) to switch up their workouts, change their diets, and do everything they can to get a butt like Kim’s. But what does Kim actually eat to maintain her frame?

Honestly, her diet is not too dissimilar to everyone else’s.

Of course, being an A-list celebrity means that Kim has access to the best foods, best trainers, and best nutritionists — a luxury not all of us can afford. Plus, Kim may or may not have undergone a few procedures to help shape her body.

Even so, it’s still possible for an everyday human to follow a Kim Kardashian-inspired diet because it’s really not that outside the box.

We did some digging to find out what exactly Kim has been eating in the past year or so. Her diets have fluctuated over the years, but she’s currently following a regimen similar to that of the keto diet (which she has previously expressed her fondness for). However, Kim is still human and eats very human things, because how can you avoid McDonald’s and ice cream?

You can’t.

Ahem — and it should be noted that we didn’t include any candy, teas, or blends that promote a “flat tummy.” We would very much like to be excluded from that narrative.

Kim Kardashian Shares “First” Pregnancy Craving: In N Out Burgers and Cheese Fries

Kim Kardashian tells Us of her pregnancy cravings.

Kim Kardashian was so excited to experience her first real pregnancy craving that she had to commemorate the moment on Instgram and Twitter. According to March 27 report by Us Weekly, she enjoyed noshing on an In N Out burger and cheese fries.

Kim actually seemed a little disappointed recently when she revealed that her baby hasn’t made her crave junk food — instead she’s been chowing down on carrots and celery with ranch dressing. Kim has probably been feeling jealous of other celebritymommies like Jessica Simpson, who experienced some really crazy cravings. She enjoyed buttered pop tarts, Kraft mac and cheese with Lawry’s seasoning salt, and toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a chaser of salt. She would put the salt on her hand and lick it off like she was taking a tequila shot.

Kim Kardashian’s first pregnancy craving wasn’t quite as strange, but it was just as caloric as Jess’ junk food treats. Here’s what she tweeted about it: “Damn. I spoke too soon! My 1st pregnancy craving! #InNOut #EnjoyingEveryBite.” She also shared an Instagram photo of a burger and cheese fries.

At least Kim isn’t letting the awful fat-shaming she’s been experiencing stop her from enjoying her pregnancy by indulging her fast food craving. Kim’s been accused of weighing 200 pounds and agonizing over her weight gain while trying to stick to a strict diet to avoid packing on the pounds. Weight gain is just a part of being pregnant, so it’s rather ridiculous that some tabloids are trying to turn Kim’s absolutely normal weight gain into something negative.

So if Kim ever gets a hankering for something crazy like a hamburger with banana slices and a side of chocolate chip cookie dough, she can stick it to her haters again by sharing her craving with the adoring “dolls” that look up to her.

Yesterday afternoon, Rose was quoted as telling Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club: "She's a baby. She needs to go to bed at 7 o'clock and relax."

Unsurprisingly, Khloe was quick to defend her teenage sister in an epic Twitter rant.

She began: "I was a stripper since I was 15 years old,” Amber Rose told Foxx. Please don't worry about my sister who has a career & her sh*. Please stop talking about us in interviews mama. None of us talk about you."

"We get asked questions about people all the time and my sisters and I always take the high road and don't answer. Truth is we don't know these people.

Kim Kardashian says she's ‘grateful’ for Paris robbery: 'All I want is privacy'

Kim Kardashian says her husband, Kanye West’s, support of President Trump helped free Alice Marie Johnson from prison. After almost 22 years her first-time nonviolent drug sentence was commuted by Trump.

Despite returning to broadcasting everything on social media, Kim Kardashian says she craves privacy more than ever since her Paris robbery.

“My life has definitely changed a lot in the last two years from that experience and just wanting more privacy,” Kardashian said on “The Alec Baldwin Show” (via ET Online).

“In the last three months, I feel like I’ve come out of my shell a little bit more, back to who I was,” she continued. “I was never depressed, but I wasn’t motivated to get up and work like I used to. It shook me.”

Though she’s moved forward from the terrifying incident, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star isn’t naïve about why it happened.

“I’m totally a realist. So I know, you post on social media your locations, your jewelry, your bags, what you’re doing, where you’re going, your cars, your stuff. I would always talk about my stuff,” Kim confessed. “There was a lot of me that measured who I was by how much I had.”

She continued, “I thought, ‘Oh, I’m worth so much.’ So that changed in me. And, that needed to change in me, so I’m grateful for the experience.”

Though things appear to be back to normal for Kardashian — wearing outfits that are literally made of money and Tiffany diamonds — she has made some changes.

“Now my life is six security [guards] outside of our house at all times, and a few security when I travel, always 24/7 outside my door,” she said. “I just move totally differently now.”

The E! reality star credited her husband, Kanye West, for making her crave more privacy.

“It started with Kanye, because he lived a more, you know, his work life is very public, but then, like, when he was off, he was very private. And I was — everything had to be public for me back then. So I had to kind of flip it,” she explained. “Now it’s like, on my time off, I’m like, ‘Where are the locations I can go eat, go on vacation where no one will see us?'”

“All I want is privacy. I never thought that I would be at that point,” she added.

What Kim Kardashian West Orders When She Goes to McDonald's Might Surprise You

Kim Kardashian West isn&apost one to keep quiet about her super strict diet, but on the rare occasion that she indulges in a cheat meal the mother of two is very specific about what she orders.

"Even though I&aposm back on my strict Atkins diet now, of course I still have cravings!" the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star writes on her website. "Fast food is def one of my guilty pleasures. I go very rarely, but OMG I love it so much when I decide to indulge. I haven&apost gone in forever, but maybe talking about it will kill my craving LOL."

One of her top picks? A batch of mouthwatering fries from the king of fast food restaurants, McDonald&aposs. "When I go to McDonald&aposs, I ALWAYS have to get an order of small fries. Then I usually order chicken nuggets and dip them in honey or I&aposll get a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets and eat half of each!"

But the home of the Golden Arches isn&apost the only quick stop spot that Mrs. West craves. She is also a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken, where she orders the extra-crispy chicken wings and a biscuit with honey. And as for In-N-Out Burger, the brunette beauty keeps it simple: "This is honestly one of my favorite meals ever: I always get just the plain cheeseburger, cheese fries and a vanilla shake. So good. " So good, indeed.

Mona Sharma

Sharma is a celebrity holistic nutritionist, health educator, and the founder of Xicama, an LA-based superfood startup.

Philosophy: "Eat the rainbow and always add quality protein, colorful carb (fiber) and good quality fat to fuel your brain, your heart and your gut microbiome.”

Breakfast: Smoothie and collagen-infused coffee

“I have some lemon water upon rising. I love having a mega dose of water right away so I get it in for the day, and love the vitamin C and gentle liver support from the lemon after all the repair my body does overnight.

“Next up: Organic coffee with Primal Kitchen Collagen ($31). I’ve tried waiting to have coffee until after breakfast, but I have two kids under 5…so it’s a ritual I’m happy to keep! I notice the difference collagen makes for my nails and hope it’s supporting my gut lining. I also feel adding collagen takes the jolt out of the coffee—I’m caffeine sensitive but love the taste of coffee). I’m all about boosting coffee benefits, so if it’s not collagen, it’s a teaspoon of raw cocoa for a boost of antioxidants.

“A green protein smoothie (recipe below) is my fuel for the day. I don’t always love drinking my meal but I consider smoothies like “food therapy”—they’re so nutrient-rich and regardless of what my day brings, I know I started it off right. Protein, good-quality carbs from fruits and veggies and good-quality fats for overall health benefits and sustainable energy. Here’s a recipe I made for Will Smith to boost energy, reduce inflammation and to fuel the gut and brain. I’ll often chop some extra veggies on the side, so I get something to crunch on too.”

  • ½ cup wild frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup chopped Jicama (this is a prebiotic for gut health, use Acacia fiber if jicama isn't available)
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp organic Spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond mylk
  • ½ cup coconut water

Lunch: Egg and Veggie tortillas

“This is a common go-to for me because it’s fast and keeps me full for the afternoon. Again, you’ll see protein, lots of greens and good quality fats—this is a golden ratio for keeping hormones happy and building meals this way takes some guesswork out of what to eat. It also makes meals feel satiating and fuels the body without energy dips from fast acting carbohydrates and sugar. I’ll heat two Siete Cassava Tortillas ($55 for six packs) and top them with two organic scrambled eggs, 1 cup of arugula massaged with olive oil, half a sliced avocado, and some sea salt and one teaspoon nutritional yeast sprinkled on top for a cheesy flavor and some vitamin B.

“On the side, I’ll have a sliced cucumber with half a cup of Wildbrine Sauerkraut ($10). It’s common for me to start a meal with a few bites of sauerkraut, kimchi or fermented veggie for some probiotics. The bitter taste also stops my sugar cravings.”

Dinner: Wild salmon and a rainbow of veggies

“I love this meal because it’s a one-pan, super-fast and easy meal for the whole family. It’s loaded with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats, a variety of color (phytochemicals) and fiber to fuel gut microbiome health. Always aim to ‘eat the rainbow’ with whole foods if you want to optimize your health and energy.

“I bake a wild salmon fillet, top it with lemon juice, and serve it on top of 1-2 cups of chopped sautéed rainbow chard with organic ghee. I’ll serve it with a side of roasted broccolini, beets slices, and heirloom carrots—all drizzled with olive oil, sea salt and some mustard seed powder on the broccolini to boost its sulforaphane benefits.”

Dessert: Chocolate

“A square of Hu Hazelnut Butter Chocolate ($45 for 8 bars)—you can never go wrong with some dark chocolate. I’m so impressed with this brand because there are no refined ingredients, emulsifiers or inflammatory oils or fake sugars. The secret to not devouring the whole bar is to really savor the rich taste. It hits the spot perfectly.”

Celebrity Trainer Tracy Anderson Attacked in Media

I’ve never had a baby, let me first say that. In fact, one of the things that terrifies me most about pregnancy is that it may change my body forever. Call it narcissistic, I call it “I care about what I look like.” When did wanting to look and be fit become such a crime?

This week, celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson made famous by her Method Workouts and string of celebrity client endorsements, came under fire for comments she made in DuJour Magazine regarding women and post-pregnancy bodies. But as the media loves to do, it was all taken a bit out of context.

Tracy was quoted saying, “A lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to let their bodies go, and that’s the worst thing. I’ve seen so many women when who come to me after having children with disaster bodies that have gone through hell,” she said, adding that they use their kids as an excuse for letting their bodies go.

Sure, at first glance this seems harsh. Pregnancy is difficult and it changes our bodies, and it’s certainly a season in which we put the needs of our baby before our own.

But isn’t she right to a certain extent? My own mother had two very difficult pregnancies during which she gained a fair amount of weight. But as soon as she was able to, she started right back up on her walking routine and got back to her pre-baby weight within a year of giving birth.

To me, that’s normal. So when I see women who gain a lot of weight during pregnancy as a result of eating poorly and being inactive, I don’t feel that bad for them just like I don’t feel bad for myself after week of heavy eating and I’m left a few pounds heavier for it. It all comes down to personal responsibility. (more&hellip)

Celebrities Share Their Pregnancy Cravings

Finding out what stars ate during their pregnancies feels weirdly relatable.

It's not just a funny joke: Pregnancy really does go hand-in-hand with some strange cravings. While the science on exactly why this happens isn't completely concrete, doctors believe that a mix of hormone shifts, nutrient deficiencies, and a heightened sense of taste and smell can result in an expecting mother wanting a very specific food item. It usually consists of a food she hasn't eaten in years, seriously disliked before she got pregnant, or never even thought about before. When it comes to these food cravings, pregnant celebrities really are just like the rest of us.

It's definitely not uncommon for famous expectant mothers to be asked about the weird or interesting foods they've been thinking about the most during their pregnancies, and, lucky for us, most stars aren't shy about sharing their answers. Anyone who has experienced intense cravings of their own can relate to that feeling of wanting&mdashno, needing&mdashto eat something completely random and only feeling satisfied when you get exactly that. Ahead, a look at what a handful of celebrities have craved during their pregnancies.

Chrissy Teigen's pregnancy cravings were all over the place, but when she got them, she couldn't eat anything except the specific food she wanted. When she was pregnant with her second child with husband John Legend, Teigen told E!, "It changes every hour, truly.

"When I want something, I must have that thing. I am crazy with cravings, I can't tell [the Lip Sync Battle staff] what I want tomorrow, I need to tell them 10 minutes before."

Since Teigen just announced she's pregnant with baby number three, we can only imagine what she'll be craving soon enough.

When Cardi B was pregnant with her first child, her cravings were all about snack foods. In July 2018, she tweeted, "I hate red Doritos but for some reason I want red Doritos with sour cream and cheese and guacamole. OMG I want it soo bad but I already ate my limit of junk food today."

During an appearance on The Ellen Show, the rapper also told Ellen Degeneres that her cravings really depended on her mood. She explained, "Like, this whole week I've been eating ice cream, ice cream, ice cream. And then, like, I like, everything lemon-ish."

In the spring of 2020, Gigi Hadid confirmed that she was expecting her first baby with Zayn Malik, and hasn't been shy when it comes to talking about the experience. During a virtual interview with Jimmy Fallon, Hadid revealed that she's been loving everything bagels lately. The supermodel even had an everything bagel-themed cake for her 25th birthday "breakfast party."

"That's my craving, I eat an everything bagel a day and so I was already like, so excited that my birthday cake was the everything bagel," she explained.

Pregnant or not, who doesn't want an everything bagel cake?

Katy Perry surprised fans when she revealed her pregnancy with Orlando Bloom in early 2020. The pop singer is loving a lot of spice&mdashsomething she said she's never been into before. In an Instagram Live video, Perry said that she "literally never cared for spice and now I have to carry Tabasco sauce in my purse."

She also talked a little bit about her food aversions, which she's found to be surprising. "Foods that gross me out now are beef. I'm not really into red meat. Thank God for the Impossible Burger."

Since announcing her pregnancy earlier this year, Nicki Minaj hasn't gotten too in depth about her pregnancy cravings. However, when a fan on Twitter asked her if she's been cooking a lot during quarantine before she announced her pregnancy, Minaj responded, "Absolutely. Steak. Shrimp. Plus my famous cheeseburgers. So good. Been rlly having red meat cravings then salad cravings with extra jalapeños. Ordered Chkn nachos that didn&rsquot come w/jalapeños. Who does that? Wow."

While pregnant with her second child in 2018, Hilary Duff told Delish that she was dealing with a serious sweet tooth. "With this one I was like sugar city. The other day I made a grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which I have never done, and it was so, so good."

An Instagram video Duff posted while she was pregnant also shows her sending her husband Matthew Koma out in search of some candy to satisfy her cravings. Koma went to six or seven different stores in order to secure some Good & Plentys for his wife.

Private as ever about her personal life, Beyoncé has never revealed her own pregnancy cravings to the world, but some of the people in her life have. During Queen Bey's first pregnancy, her mom, Tina Knowles, said that she was craving waffles.

Beyoncé isn't the only celeb to want waffles during their pregnancy. During a Twitter Q&A with fans, Kylie Jenner revealed that she also wanted the breakfast food all the time. In one tweet, Jenner said she craved Eggo waffles. "I never liked them before i was pregnant & haven&rsquot had one since i had her. so strange! Lol."

But that wasn't the only thing Jenner wanted during her pregnancy. During her video about the experience, Jenner is pictured at a doctor's appointment talking about her intense love for In-N-Out. She said, "It&rsquos just In-N-Out these days literally tastes like&hellipIt&rsquos the best I&rsquove ever had."

Mindy Kaling had a not-so-strange craving for doughnuts during her pregnancy. But not just any doughnut: jelly doughnuts. During an appearance on The Ellen Show, Degeneres surprised her with a huge tray of jelly doughnuts.

Kaling was thrilled, saying, &ldquoOh my gosh. because in L.A. every time you try and get a doughnut, it&rsquos full of matcha or bacon or something. This is amazing. Thank you. It&rsquos my favorite thing and not every place has them."

Expectant moms can probably relate to Ellie Kemper's serious craving for ice cream all the time. During an interview with Conan O'Brian, Kemper said, "I've been eating a lot of ice cream. It's gotten to the point where. I feel like an alcoholic, but it's for Ben & Jerry's. Like, I go there every night. And the guy looks at me. and he's so kind. But he knows."

She added that while she tries to eat healthy, ice cream usually wins: "I, like, peruse the avocados, and I'm like, 'Oh maybe I'll get an apple. And then, like, of course I'm going to the freezer. I said on Tuesday, 'I can't get ice cream again until Friday, you have to hold me to it.' And then I came in on Thursday night, and he looked at me and he just slowly shook his head."

Although many pregnancy food cravings can veer on the unhealthy side, Ciara found hers to be the opposite. When she was pregnant with her first child, the star spoke to People about conquering her morning sickness and her unusual craving. She said, "I really like water with lemon. I&rsquove had moments where I&rsquove eaten water with no lemon."

The singer added that she was just trying to enjoy eating whatever she wanted, saying, "I keep trying to find my rhythm. Honestly, I eat. I love eating. I enjoy it, and I take advantage of it when I&rsquom carrying! I eat all the food I want to at any time."

Although Carrie Underwood is typically a vegan, she seemed to let things slide a bit when she was pregnant. During her first pregnancy, the country music singer told Rachael Ray that she was cutting herself some slack when it came to her diet.

"I think I give myself license to have things I might not normally have. Sometimes I&rsquoll wake up in the middle of the night and I&rsquoll be like &lsquoman, I&rsquom hungry&rsquo and then I&rsquoll get up and have a midnight snack, which I&rsquove never done before."

Underwood also admitted to eating Pop-Tarts, saying, "I haven&rsquot done that since college. But I knew they were in the pantry&ndashmy husband put them in there and I did. So I guess that was kind of a craving that was weird."

During her second pregnancy in 2014, Alicia Keys also had a sweet tooth, but instead of craving sugary treats, she wanted fruit. And not just a piece of fruit straight of the fridge, but roasted fruit (which actually sounds delicious).

During a radio interview, Keys said, "I've had this strange craving for roasted fruit, like roasted cherries and grilled bananas, and that's sounds crazy, but it's real easy. You put it on the top of the stove, you put it on what you might make a panini on and you just grill the banana and it's amazing." She added that she had also been craving root beer floats. "That came out of nowhere, so that was weird."

While pregnant with her first child, Serena Williams had the healthiest cravings ever: she wanted vegetables! Her then-fiancé Alexis Ohanian shared an Instagram video of himself shopping for veggies for Williams at a Publix, saying, "It&rsquos Friday night, I&rsquom at Publix, going shopping 'cause my fiancé has cravings. I was told there would be cravings. I was not told they would be these," he held up a bunch of produce.

Ohanian added, "Zucchini, asparagus and&hellipwhat&rsquos this one called again? Artichoke. There we go. Really? These are her cravings. It&rsquos amazing." It definitely is!

After three pregnancies, it's safe to say that Kourtney Kardashian has had her fair share of strange cravings. When she was pregnant with her son, Reign Aston, Kardashian told E! Online that all she wanted was "a bagel with cream cheese and jelly." She explained, "I would get nauseous a lot. so just eating a plain bagel was like my savior."

The reality star told Natural Health that she also reaches for Nilla Wafers whenever she's expecting, saying, "I develop a thing for Nilla Wafer cookies every time [I'm pregnant]. I have no idea why!" She added, "I've also been into cheese and pickle sandwiches. Everyone thinks I'm gross when I order them."

Kardashian's interview with Rachael Ray was proof that her cravings were all over the place. She told Ray during her second pregnancy, "I remember when I first got pregnant with Mason&hellipI wanted fruit and frozen yogurt and all this [healthy] stuff, and this time it&rsquos like cheeseburgers, sour cream and onion chips and double-stuffed Oreos."

One of the most cliché foods for a pregnant woman to crave is pickles, and, as it turns out, some pregnant women really do want them! When she was pregnant in 2007, Halle Berry's then-husband Gabriel Aubry told People that Berry was craving pickles, adding that she also wanted, "Any bread. Doesn&rsquot matter, as long as it&rsquos salt and pickles."

Remember when Phoebe from Friends was pregnant and wanted to secretly eat meat even though she was a vegetarian? Well, apparently that's a real thing, at least for Hannah Jeter. While pregnant with her first child, the supermodel told Extra, &ldquoSo I don&rsquot eat meat, but now I crave beef jerky all the time, which is kind of interesting.&rdquo Loving sweet and salty treats, she shared, &ldquoI like a lot of gummies, like candy and stuff like that&hellipanything salty, sweet.&rdquo Though she used to be a picky eater, she added, &ldquoNow it&rsquos like&hellip give me everything!&rdquo

It's not unusual for women to experience totally different pregnancy cravings with each of their pregnancies. But for some women, those cravings remain almost exactly the same, which was the case for Ginnifer Goodwin.

During her second pregnancy, the actress told E! News, "My biggest craving with this pregnancy is banana peppers. The last pregnancy, I was all about jalapenos, which aren't very far from the banana tree." It looks like she just wanted anything spicy!

In 2016, Tatyana Ali was pregnant and planning a wedding with her then-fiancé Dr. Vaughn Rasberry. The excited mama-to-be told People, "We&rsquore reading the books, imagining, dreaming out loud. A lot of just wondering who this person is going to be, who this person is, and you don&rsquot really know until they&rsquore here. We&rsquore ready for the adventure!"

Ali added that she had been having a sort of unusual craving for salad, saying, "I&rsquom a vegetarian. First I was craving anything with salt and lately I just want salad."

When Behati Prinsloo was pregnant with her first child, her husband Adam Levine did an interview with Jimmy Fallon where he spilled his wife's pregnancy craving: fruit. "She's eating a lot of watermelon. A lot of watermelon," Levine said. "Because, you know, they get random cravings for stuff and it's just like, so much watermelon!"

Levine also said that Prinsloo had been loving ice cream, and that he was eating a lot along with her. "I eat a lot of stuff," Levine said. "A lot of stuff." We love a supportive husband!

When she was pregnant with her twin boys, Zoe Saldana used the time as an excuse to eat whatever she wanted, and who can blame her?

During an appearance on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, Saldana said, "You trick yourself, working in Hollywood. You trick yourself, going, 'That burger's disgusting. That burger's awful.' But now that [I'm] pregnant, [I'm] like, 'I can eat all this together, at the same time. Like, I can have the pickle with the donut, and it would probably be life-changing.'"

Saldana also said during an interview with Maria Menounos on E! that she had been eating preserved meats and baked goods together! You find yourself driving around bakeries, over and over, drive-thrus. Like, what am I doing?"

Like many other expecting mamas, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi" craved anything sweet, especially fruits. The Jersey Shore star told Us Weekly that she wanted fruit during two of her pregnancies.

"I craved a lot of fruit the first pregnancy, and this time it's strawberries. [During my first pregnancy], I would eat so much pineapple that my tongue would burn from the acid."

During an interview with Elle, Kelly Rowland said that she was trying her best to have the healthiest pregnancy possible, explaining that she was working out and trying to stay fit as much as she could. Still, the singer couldn't deny her cravings.

"I love cherry pie and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in it. And I had a week straight where I was obsessed with nachos."

If weird pregnancy cravings were a contest, Mila Kunis would almost definitely win. During an appearance on The Ellen Show, Kunis revealed that she was eating "sauerkraut all day long."

She said, "Here's the truth: This is the worst craving to have because sauerkraut smells and so every time you open up a jar, it just reeks in the whole kitchen. It's not like ice cream, where everything smells lovely."

But at least Kunis was prepared for the weird cravings. Her husband, Ashton Kutcher, stocked up.

"He assumed that I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food," she said. "Just like pickles and sauerkraut, or like anchovies and ice creams, just in case at one point during this pregnancy I'd be like, 'I really want something.' And it happened last week. I was like, 'Oh, my God, I need a pickle!' It was just the weirdest thing, like I needed this pickle. And he was like, 'Hold on a second,' and disappeared in the backyard and came back with the most amazing dill pickle of all time."

Kim Kardashian West was pregnant twice, and both times her cravings were pretty all over the place. During one fan Q&A, Kardashian West said she craved, "Mostly cheese, chili cheese fries, everything with cheese."

But it wasn't all cheese. The reality star also wanted sweets. During a chat on a Vogue podcast, Kardashian West admitted to flying to Paris just to satisfy a craving for a very specific cheesecake. She said, "I flew in, maybe like a couple months ago, just to have a last hurrah of all the food I&rsquom not going to be able to have for a while. And I get there and they tell me they didn&rsquot have it!"

Porsha Williams is another woman who abandoned her vegan diet in order to satisfy her pregnancy cravings. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star said, "Girl, I am not vegan anymore. I am full-blown pregnant, and one of my cravings is ham."

Although Williams had been planning on sticking to a vegan diet, she decided to just do what her body wanted, saying, "So no, I haven't [been sticking to a vegan diet], but I am definitely going to be vegan after the baby."

When Jessica Alba was pregnant with her second baby, she told Latina that she really wasn't craving food much different from what she usually eats. She just noted that sometimes her craving for something would be particularly intense.

"Sometimes you can&rsquot get a food out of your mind," she said. "I could always eat watermelon. With Honor, I loved fruit, too. It&rsquos a decent craving. You still eat cheeseburgers and pickles - you just want watermelon really bad. I don&rsquot deprive myself of anything. I eat whatever."

During her third pregnancy, however, her cravings were a bit less healthy. She told Jimmy Fallon that she wanted a lot of Japanese food and sweets, saying, "I actually dream about desserts, but I'm trying not to gain too much weight with this baby, so I just dream about them. I want all the shaved ice with ice cream on the bottom."

Laila Ali told People that during her first pregnancy, she never had cravings. But her second one was a different story. "This pregnancy I'm a little surprised&mdashI'm having cravings. The first pregnancy I didn't&mdashnow I crave sweets, sweets, sweets!" Ali went on to say that although she was letting herself have what her body wanted, she was also working hard to stay fit.

When Jessica Simpson was pregnant in 2011, she had both food cravings and aversions, which is completely normal. She told People that she was craving cantaloupe in particular, saying, "I crave cantaloupe like a crazy person. But I put salt all over it, so I don&rsquot know if it&rsquos that healthy. I crave anything salty and sweet. That mixture to me is so good. I can eat a whole cantaloupe in one morning."

Her weirdest aversion? Pizza! The star said it tasted sour to her, which is kind of a tragedy, honestly.
